The Xelastecs are awesome but they become dusty pretty fast. How often did you clean them?

They fit me more comfortably but am surprised they fall out a little. Not often, but it can happen.

Remember not cleaning the Xelastecs with anything with alcohol or detergent. I have ruined 2 pairs of the tip with alcohol tissue and they became loosened with no elasticity at all after cleaning. I have checked with my dealer and they advised that the tip can only be cleaned with water and a bit of soap.

What do you mean no detergent? Can I use a bit of dish soap?

Lately I have been experiencing the following issues on both ears. The xelastecs slip out of the IER-Z1R nozzles and remain stuck in my ear canals

I will need to buy a new set, this time will be SS/S/MS. Currently using M size, they fit ok but are slightly large and there's a gap between my earlobe and MMCX cable connector.
>>>>>> EDIT <<<<<<< these instructions seem to work, as mine were actually deformed.
1. In a cup or glass pour boiling water. 2. Fold the xelastecs backwards and put them for two minutes in the boiling water. 3. Throwaway boiling water and pour cold water, leave xelastecs for about one minute. 4. Dry and fold to normal position
