Built in Payload Dumper and partition flashing all in one GUI - (not SOC dependant) Should cover new coming devices like Cayin N8ii, tested working on Shanling M9, FiiO M17 and M11 Plus

Lovely!!! Will it cover the new Walkman M2 ? I've never even seen an Android Sony never mind tried to root one 🤔 I suspect they will have a locked bootloader etc so guessing not.

So in order for it to read, you need to boot into fast boot boot loader mode ? But when running the program, it shows nothing?

Are you actually flashing with this tool? Or just using it to extract boot from payload.bin and then flashing from command line? It's not obvious from the screenshots here or at XDA. I assume this tool is for dynamic partitions only?

I assume this tool is for dynamic partitions only? Flashing too buddy (The device will need to support the fastboot commands it uses) I've only tried one DAP so far, Shanling M9 Its really just a gui to fastboot commands but makes it super simple and the payload dumper gui is an added bonus. It will show you the active slot A or B (you can also toggle the active slot) It will read the partitions in so just click BOOT_A or BOOT_B and select your magisk patched boot.img and your done.
From downloading this to having a rooted M9 was under 10 mins.
I'll post some screen shots next week, got deadlines to hit on mods 😳

It's nice to see some traction on rooting DAPs. Things like system-wide PEQ are lacking on so many devices regardless of cost. It seems so fundamental but yet it's impossible to find, at least on Android. I now have multiple rooted DAPs and the two FiiO models now have system-wide EQ with high resolution. Now if could just get the Hiby models to correctly work with PEQ and high-res... I'm also using ACCA for much better battery control and hopefully lifespan. Thanks for the support and the forum!

You too buddy, yes system wide PEQ is sadly lacking from them all 🤔 even more bizzare is Hiby have system wide MSEB already so imagine it wouldn't take much to make it a proper PEQ compared to other companies starting from scratch. It be a huge advantage for whoever is first. I see so many people asking for it.

I am trying to run this and it only run on Dx300, not the N8ii. When checked in ADB devices, the list is “?”

I'm on a FiiO M11 Plus ESS and I'm running into the same problem that whitigir is experiencing, where nothing shows up in fastboot devices. It looks like there needs to be a driver installed for Windows to register the device but it's not showing up for me.

I rooted my M11 Plus ESS with QFIL alone (read boot_a and boot_b with QFIL, patched with Magisk app and flashed back with QFIL). Never used fastboot at all. I did use "adb reboot edl" to get into 9008 mode.

It looks like there needs to be a driver installed for Windows to register the device but it's not showing up for me. You need to disable driver signing in windows. You will need the qualcomm drivers installing. You need to change the detected or undected device in device manager to Android Boot Loader device (when in fastboot mode) Just google those.
