I have one of these that seems to have either a software issue or a hardware issue it will boot but when it locks you cannot then unlock the screen it will register touch on the screen but not unlock it then if you leave it it will reboot to the Hiby logo and stay there until the battery runs out.
I have tried a factory reset but the issue remains any ideas?

Hi buddy, sorry to hear that, you could try asking Hiby support for a full firmware image to flash via QFIL. If it's software this will sort it out. |
