I have owned and sold it. Compared to the QP1R it has more details, less V-shaped, more forward, with more bass kick. However suffers from informational fatigue, coupled with a slightly hot treble. Overall leans towards musicality without sounding sibilant and too dry, maintaining exceptional clarity and soundstage that betters the duller sounding QP2R. QP1R is in between, having good sense of musical character, and within the threshold of listening fatigue - it also hisses the least. QP2R wins in body and warmth and has the least, if not no fatigue among the trio. The QPM is way too expensive, it performs better technically but it’s forward character is an acquired taste.

I thought about buying your QPM before I got banned from shit-fi

No way you got banned? What for?

I thought about buying your QPM before I got banned from shit-fi Although Questyle has the BEST and cleanest UI for audio purists, don’t buy a QPM, there are much better options. No way you got banned? What for? I was intrigued, I also noticed Questyle EQ only had +- 6db as opposed to +- 12db so dodged a bullet there. Basically I was sharing Sony WM1A/Z mods in the Sony thread and Music Sanctuary started copying them I'd noticed on their website. Which is cool. I just said it would be nice for the thread and contributers to receive a mention and they should contribute back to the thread. Then the Music Sanctuary user suddenly sprung back into life after being dormant and I was banned and they posted their response as the mod was all theirs and I couldn't reply. They obviously started sponsoring shit-fi. I set this site up to continue sharing hardware mods. Glad to be off there to be honest. it's too much a marketing site with too much fake paid reviews and opinions. It is a business after all so profit and their sponsors come first.
