Is it just me or does the DX300 not look quite as crowded internally as other DAPs? I guess once the batteries are in there most of the room would be gone, but the DAP itself doesn't have the heft you'd expect of its' size so it'd make sense it isn't quite as jam packed as others.
Don't think I'd be brave enough to attempt modding the internals of mine, but am really looking forward to having a crack at tweaking the default amp board once replacements or new variants are available.

To be fair its pretty crammed when the batteries and back frame are in, not much room left at all. |

Looking at the guts of this dap I almost want to pull the trigger and buy one but I just bought an Shanling M8 so I have to wait a bit, plus I would like to buy one that is already modded because I don't have the tools or the skills to do it myself

I just got it today and hopefuly after work I will have the chance to listen to the Shanling M8. As far as Ibasso DX300 it has to wait a while, even though I am intrigued because of the Cirrus dacs
