Cayin has changed tunes on being silence and ignoring request and inquiries for buying parts to be “willing to sell parts to capable and willing persons”. I no longer has Cayin stuff anymore. Does Steve know how long it take Cayin to ship parts to your place ? I would be assuming 4-6 weeks ?

Anyone who know how I can change CN firmware version (no play store) to EN version(play store) Yes you can change it with tools and files listed on here. Use Fastboot Enhanced / Payload Dumper to extract the boot, system and vendor partitions from the downloaded Cayin N8ii 1.6EN Make sure your N8ii is on the equivalent Cayin N8ii 1.6CN Firmware. Use QFIL and the provided Firehose to Flash the boot, system and vendor partitions to your N8ii, you probably only need the system partition but I've not downloaded/extracted and file compared both EN and CN partitions to check. |
